if it were me i would get the pilot controls, e-stick(extendahoe) and 4WD. ive always been a case backhoe fan. but dont have anyof my own. plan on starting my own business soon. after buying dump truck and trailor i’d be buying me one with the options i want with it.
Not many options on the machine and it really doesn’t look much different than the M series!

@jasonmac70 Yea i would never buy a hoe without 4wd or an extendahoe. I know what your saying about the 4wd we couldn’t do without it with the work we do but what they use this backhoe for they don’t really need 4wd but an extendahoe would be nice because of all the truck loading on the street they do and sometimes its hard to get the truck close enough, it all depends on the situation and what your doing though.
Very Nice Machine…. I love the new N’s…. The only thing I couldn’t live without that this machine doesn’t have is the 4wd.. When you are spending this kind of money, 4wd would be a bigger must for me, than say an Extendahoe, or 4in1 Loader Bucket. Huge difference between cutting into a pile with 4wd vs 2wd.. But overall it is an awesome machine… I’ve always been a case fan…
@AlwaysDigging16 its not that the ms are bad. they would hold there own against deere or cat. they just dont have the jumo between them that the new n has. its a bit heavier but no real diffrence. the only thing i dont like is the back windows that flop open. the seals are annoying. but they are great hoes. let me now what you think of it if you run it.
@cnhfarms Awesome I’m glad they are back to making really good hoes again. Hope fully ill get to try this one out during the summer. Thanks for letting me know I’ve been waiting to hear some feed back about them.
we have two case 580′s. a 06 580sm+ and a 04 580 sm. ran a n at the dealer at an expo and it will out perform the m probably 5 to 1. and will out dig and deere or cat put agianst it
